Charges for orders outside the UK are calculated by weight and are shipped by Priority Air Mail

minimum weight
Our soaps are handmade in traditional wooden box molds and sliced by hand from the loaf.
As a result slight variations in the size of individual slices means that some slices will weigh heavier than others.
This is entirely to be expected and is a characteristic of the natural methods we employ in making our soaps.
We are very proud of the fact that our soaps all look and feel handmade - because that's exactly what they are!

stock availability
We aim to maintain a working supply of all of our products so that they are available for dispatch at all times. However, the soap making process can take upto 8 weeks in order to allow soap to fully cure so,
if we are caught short on a flavour, there can be a delay before we are able to resume supply.
If a product is 'temporarily out of stock' we try to indicate this in the listing,
along with a date when we estimate that it will be available again.
